Cancellation Policy

GoFlipside Private Limited strives hard to provide the best in quality footwear to keep their customers’ feet happy. However, sometimes cancellations on orders occur under some circumstances. However, there is a liberal cancellation policy at GoFlipside.

Cancellation of footwear item(s) may happen immediately if the order hasn’t been shipped to the customer. It also may get cancelled if the shipped product is being returned and the courier service confirms the same.

Refunds On Cancellation

Cash On Delivery: In case of cash on delivery, as you haven’t accepted the order due to cancellation and you haven’t paid, there is no refund.

Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet: If you have paid via credit or debit card, or wallet, you will receive the refund into your account via the same payment mode within 7-10 days from the time of cancellation.

PhonePe: If you have made the payment using PhonePe, the refund will be made instantly. You can transfer the amount to your bank account with the help of PhonePe customer support team.
