Exchange does not include natural wear and tear, damage due to improper care (misuse, negligence, or accident), usage under extreme conditions, and damage caused by god’s acts like earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.
When requesting for an exchange, please provide your purchase invoice as proof. GoFlipside exchange policy is applicable only in India. You also need to send the product to be exchanged to our address or choose for a pickup by our delivery services.
How Long Is Exchange Valid On The Purchased Product?
Exchange policies vary based on the product. So, please refer to the individual product page on the website or mail us at support@goflipside.com.
If you have received a damaged product due to defect in material or workmanship, GoFlipside at our discretion, will replace the product with a new one. No cash refunds are given and a credit note will be issued with a validity of 30 days or 1 month from the date of issue of the note. We suggest you check how to care for the products, how to wash and store, etc. to make them last longer.
