Returns Policy

GoFlipside is associated with a leading delivery partner across India. In case our product couldn’t meet your expectations, we consider this as a regretful event. Thus, we at GoFlipside offer you a ’30 days return policy’ from the date of invoice.

The footwear you received can be returned if the quality isn’t up to your expectation, the size is different and doesn’t fit your feet, the colour is different, your feet are troubled with the footwear, etc.

GoFlipside is always here to help you with the return claim process. Here are the options you can choose from:

  • Exchange the product with another footwear
  • Replace the footwear with the same model (due to defects) - You will receive styling tips for free.
  • Complete refund


Procedure to Place A Return/Exchange Request (For Registered Users Only)

  1. Login to your account on
  2. Go to the Returns tab.
  3. Click on “Request New Returns”.
  4. Select the order you want to return or exchange.
  5. Submit the request, and it’s done.

Your return will be processed once GoFlipside approves it. You will receive a confirmation email for the same.

Return Pickup / Returning the Product

Pickup from A Different Address: If you want us to pick up your product from a different address, it can be changed only if the pickup service is available at the new address. Accordingly, you can either change the address or arrange a pickup from the old address.

Your product will be checked for a few conditions before pickup:

  1. Correct and Complete Product: Name, image, brand, serial number, and bar code should match, and the MRP tag must stay undetached. The MRP tag must be clearly visible. All the package components you received must be packed back into the box carefully without missing anything.
  2. Unused Product: The product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and stainless. The product will be checked for seals, return tags, warranty seals, etc. (whatever applies to the particular product).
  3. Undamaged Product: The product must be free from any kind of damages, such as scratches, dents, tears, or holes. Please do not return shoes with your footprints on them.
  4. Undamaged Packaging: The packaging must be intact.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Sending The Product Yourself

If you wish to send footwear back to us yourself, we suggest using a reliable service that offers full shipment tracking.

Address it to Rika Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., Door No. 5-5-35/40/NR, Plot No. 7A, 2nd Floor, Prashant Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500072.

Once the product is received at GoFlipside, it will be inspected, and a confirmation email regarding the status of the return will be sent, and then the refund will be processed at once.

Money Refunds

GoFlipside will process the refund once Rika Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. sends the receipt of the product. Your refund will be made via the same payment gateway you have used while purchasing the product, be it Paytm, Paypal, UPI, net banking, debit, or credit card.

The cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount before initiating the refund.

Refunds are processed depending on the mode of payment of the order.

Debit/Credit Cards: If you have used a credit card or a debit card for payment, you will receive the refund amount within 7 working days, which will reflect in your bank statement.

Internet Banking: The refund amount will be credited to your bank account through internet banking.

Cash On Delivery: The refund amount will be credited to your bank account, as provided by you. Else, it will reflect in your GoFlipside wallet.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you didn’t receive your refund even after 7 days of processing it, check your bank account statement once again. Contact your credit card company if you have used your credit card to purchase. It may take some time before the refunded amount reflects in your balance. You can also contact your bank branch.

Exchange Process

As soon as we receive your returned package, we inspect the product. If you have opted to exchange the product with a new piece or a completely different product, we pack the chosen one and ship it to deliver at your doorstep.
