Exchange does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of god such as floods, fires or earthquakes.
Accessories is not covered in the GoFlipside® exchange policy.
When submitting an exchange claim, we need you to present your Purchase Invoice as proof of purchase. The GoFlipside® exchange is applicable only within the Indian subcontinent.
To avail the exchange, we request customers to physically bring the product and proof of purchase (invoice) to their nearest GoFlipside® store.
HOW LONG IS THE EXCHANGE VALID ON MY PRODUCT?

WILL MY PRODUCT BY GoFlipside® BE REPLACED?
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship,we may, at our discretion, choose to replace the product.
No cash refunds shall be given. Only a credit note shall be issued with a validity of 30days (from the date of issue of the Credit Note).
We would suggest referring to our Product Care section for more information on how to wash and store your products in order to make them last as long as possible.
IS THE REPLACEMENT FOR A PRODUCT I BOUGHT ONLINE?
Yes, the GoFlipside® exchange is applicable on any of our original branded products bought through our own retail stores or own website. Please send us a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase in order for the exchange to be availed.
